Do i need Service Layer? From my point of view/understanding.
Presentation Layer = UI
Business Logic Layer = Domain/Entities, Interface and (should DTO resides here)?
Data Access Layer = Implementation of Repository Pattern, CRUD.
Service Layer = ???
If the BLL has Domain/Entities? what layer does business validation belongs to?

Hello, We have a website on IIS, Windows server and we are using ASP.NET MVC OutputCache, now we have updated code for few pages, but server is still showing cached pages, so how can I remove cache or clear cache on IIS, without making website go down?
