Hi, my app is still not aproved by facebook. I heve tried following this link https://qawithexperts.com/questions/351/error-requires-either-publishtogroups-permission-and-app-bei but still now, I haven't heard from facebook yet. I think to deal with apis pages under developement mode.
1 - I have created a new app under my account facebook , and keep the developement mode.
2 - I have get the page access token.
I think should that the apis pages worked .
3 - Cause my app, still not in public mode, I just add a user test Fadoua Ben under my app developer Facebook .
4- I have logging with my account Fadoua Ben, and this the result :
Still not have permission, of getting to manage pages Facebook.
I think in development mode, we can't deal with pages apis.
How can I resolve this issue. Thanks in advance.

To Get facebook pages api work, you need to submit your app for App review to facebook, after your app is approved , you can access all features of manage pages api.
Before you submit for "app review", please make it live, to make your facebook app live, follow these steps
STEP 1:
Login to facebook Developer -> Your App
In Settings -> Basic -> Contact Email. (Give any email)
STEP 2:
And in 'App Review' Tab : change
Do you want to make this app and all its live features available to the general public? Yes
And you app will be live now.
